Item purchase tracking monitors item costs against their related GL Account budgets, fixed asset monitoring tracks acquisition costs against fixed asset budgets, and a complete budget view shows remaining budgets after accounting for posted and pending costs.
Flexible period tracking. Track budget consumption across custom accounting periods beyond standard fiscal and calendar views. Get additional budget indicators and summary data for your specific reporting needs. Custom period support selects additional budget periods via Accounting Periods, extended indicators provide additional over-budget alerts for your custom period, and a comprehensive summary views budget data for your specific accounting timeframes.
