Commerce7 Integration bridges the gap between your Commerce7 e-commerce platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The app seamlessly connects Commerce7 with Business Central, bringing automated transaction processing and comprehensive order management to your wine business. It is built on the Third Party Transactions framework, which is required.

Capabilities

Automated Order Import

Real-time Commerce7 synchronisation. Automatically import paid orders from Commerce7 directly into Business Central through a robust API integration. Real-time API connection integrates directly with Commerce7's REST API, paid orders only imports confirmed, paid transactions, date-based filtering imports orders from specific dates onwards, and automated scheduling sets up regular import intervals with job scheduling.

Intelligent Customer Mapping

Seamless customer data integration. Automatically map Commerce7 customers to Business Central customer records with intelligent matching algorithms. Customer ID matching uses Commerce7 Customer IDs as Business Central customers, tag-based mapping leverages Commerce7 tags for customer categorisation, fallback options use POS Profile ID when Customer ID is unavailable, and customer details import shipping and billing information automatically.

Advanced Payment Processing

Multi-tender transaction support. Handle complex payment scenarios with support for multiple payment methods and tender types. Multiple tenders support various payment methods per transaction, payment method mapping provides configurable payment method assignments, refund handling automatically creates credit memos for refunded orders, and financial accuracy ensures precise reconciliation with Commerce7 payment data.

Flexible Configuration Options

Customisable integration settings. Tailor the integration to match your specific business requirements with comprehensive configuration options. Channel filtering imports orders from specific Commerce7 sales channels only, duplicate detection prevents duplicate transactions with intelligent checking, default account setup configures default GL accounts for transaction processing, and date range control sets specific date ranges for transaction imports.

Order Line Item Details

Complete product information import. Facilitates importing comprehensive order details including product information, quantities, pricing, and line-level data. Product lines provide complete item details with SKUs, descriptions, and pricing, quantity tracking provides accurate inventory impact recording, pricing import includes retail prices, discounts, and tax information, and location mapping supports multiple warehouse/location assignments.

Integration Monitoring & Control

Complete transaction oversight. Monitor your Commerce7 integration with built-in progress tracking and error handling. Progress tracking provides real-time visibility of import operations, error handling delivers comprehensive error logging and reporting, manual controls allow on-demand import for immediate synchronisation, and integration health monitors connection status and API performance.
